Seit längerem erhalten Menschen aus verschiedensten Regionen Deutschlands Anrufe, bei denen “000” auf dem Display erscheint. Häufig ist es nicht möglich, die Anrufe anzunehmen, da es nur kurz klingelt oder direkt nach der Annahme aufgelegt wird.
